make-ahead meals

Every time I visit Luke I try to make some dinners to freeze for him. Since it's so cold now I would hate to have to go outside to get dinner every night and since we all know men are not the best at planning ahead, I made some yummy, warm food he can just heat up after a long day of work. Last week I made chilli, taco soup, and bolognese sauce. nom.

Last night I was going to comment and say that I resent that "not the best at planning ahead" statement... but I was too busy doing an emergency load of laundry.
